The short answer is minimal – You don’t have to invest a lot of time at all. In your day to day work you often recognise clients who need finance or could be on a better deal. We will help you to formulate the introduction – you just need to identify the opportunities. Some examples of this: Accountants: 

  • Your client is suffering from Cash-Flow issues due to an ATO Payment plan. You recognise they have equity within a property and could benefit from structuring this debt over a longer term.
  • Your client has (or is considering) an investment property and they could benefit from a debt strategy aligned to your recommendations (debt recycling, specific borrower structure, etc)
  • Your clients advise you they intend to sell an aged vehicle within their business and acquire a new one in the coming quarter.

These are just a few examples of introductions we often receive that result in converted referalls. Real Estate Agents: 

  • Your potential vendors approach you for an appraisal with the intent of selling their home only if they can achieve enough to acquire their next home. Introducing to us to ensure they receive accurate guidance on their maximum borrowing capacity allows us to revert them back to you with confirmation on their position to help you secure your sale
  • Potential buyers can be qualified as to help you minimise wasting your sales teams time on buyers who are not serious or not eligible.

Commission varies and is usually payable on the settled loan amount (less any amounts in offset or redraw). 

In most instances (where possible), commission is paid to you directly by the aggregators so you get paid when we get paid.
